Lubrizol Extended
Closing the loop on Lubrizol (better late than never). As most people know the 7th Circuit did extend the IP Protections. It is worth reading the opinion and the commentary. The Supreme Court denied Cert so given the split between the 4th and 7th Circuits questions remain. Below is a link to an article that discusses the case and a link to the case.
